Here are pictures of my 1939 (Tula) Mosin Nagant 91/30 PEM sniper build. The rifle appears to be an ex-sniper. It has the Tula markings on the receiver and is a high-wall round receiver. I was able to get it at auction because it had two major flaws. One, the bolt was not well done and second the stock was really butchered up. It sported the RSM base, mount, and scope (reproductions) but I must say it shoots and groups really well. I felt the need to guild the lily so I put on an original mount and scope (1940), sourced a nice Tula stock and fitted it correctly. This is the result.
