Last time I was in MC Sports-they had Mosin 91/30's for $99. Has anyone been in there lately and seen any? Bradis had some decent ones for $119 last week. Just wondering who has them and what price? Ready to join the club after talking my buddy into getting one-he loves his.:)

I'm pretty sure I saw some at 99 when I was in Bradis today, may want to give them a call.

Bradis had a good selection-from $99up. The $119variety looked ok to me. $99 variety-not quite so good-stocks were kinda dark and ugly.IMHO.Probably go back and pick up one tomorrow. Are the hex really worth the extra?:dunno:

Depends on what you want. Up until 1936 or so, you can find hex receivers. After that, you will only find round receivers.

The hex receivers are a little older and harder to come by from what I have read. Mine was in great shape had a unique serial, and turns out to be a little older than at first thought. There is a Tula stamp on my receiver which show pre 1928 with a Izhevsk stamped barrel from 1933.
