Up for sale is a Mossberg Maverick 88 12-gauge pump shot gun.
This is the security model with a 20" cylinder-bore barrel, 3" chamber and 7+1 capacity. It features a front brass bead sight and a cross-bolt safety in front of the trigger. Polymer stock and forearm.
It makes for a reliable yet low-cost, no frills home defense shotgun.
I bought this gun new to be used as a back-up home defense gun. I put about 50 shells through it to pattern it and it's been in the safe ever since.
The gun is wearing a side plate mounted 6 shell TacStar Simline SideSaddle and green True-Glo fiber optic site that sits behind the bead. Both are included in the total price.
Cash price for gun as shown is $200.
I would be willing to sell the gun for $175 without the side saddle or fiber optic site but will give preference to buyers who want everything since I don't have any other Mossberg 500 shotguns to mount the them on.
Location: Fishers / Noblesville / Carmel / Northside Indy. I'm also in Columbus a couple of days per week. Must show Indiana ID to prove residency.
