Mossberg 930 SPX LNIB Model 85360 LPA Ghost Rings 7+1+1 12ga 3" $600
SOLD
Semi-Auto
oversized knurled bolt handle
7+1+1 capacity with factory Choate extension tube. You can Ghost Load this thing to 9 rounds of 2 3/4" shotshells and it cycles reliably in this fashion.
18.5" barrel.
3" chamber.
Cylinder bore
Factory LPA ghost ring sights and 1913 rail.
Fiber Optic front sight. The rear sight is adjustable for windage and elevation, and is easily moved for optimum placement on the rail or to allow red dot optics.
Has great utility as a slug gun. Have shot 1-2" groups at 50yd seated with Winchester foster slugs. Patterns very nicely with buckshot (especially Federal FliteControl). It also cycles reliably using even the low-recoil Federal and Winchester birdshot. Round count is fairly low. I've put MAYBE 20 slugs, 200 bird shot and 50ish buckshot through it, if that. The slugs and buckshot were mainly sight in and pattern testing. The birdshot was mostly recoil therapy. Speaking of that, being gas operated with a really nice recoil pad, it is really soft shooting.
All in all, this is an awesome shotgun for the money. I love it, but I just don't shoot it all that much. It makes more sense for me to sell this one and put together what I want instead.
Price is $600. Located in Plainfield, west side of Indianapolis.
Finish is 99% perfect with only minor handling marks. I took the detailed shots with the harshest flash possible to show any minute imperfections. As you can see, there aren't very many. Quite frankly, you can't see any of them from more than 12" away and none of them affect reliability or function of the firearm.
