Most ignored users

For fun, I'd love to have someone generate a list of the ten most ignored, active users on INGO. Maybe produce it quarterly so we can look for trends.

Just a simple format in a post:

I doubt that info would be volunteered by the powers-that-be... but perhaps a multi-choice private poll of people you think would be ignored by many... and we could vote if they are people we ignore.

Can't help it, I'm an analytics guy. Anything to run or hear the results of a SQL query and I'm interested...but that's me.

I have only one person on my list. You can be the smartest person in the world but if you want to sit there and tipe like dis' an' do-dat o'er their yon'der... I don't want to waste the time trying to figure out what in the world you are trying to say.
