Moved to a new place in Indy. Need to change address on my permit...how?

I just moved about 12 blocks down the street, so now I have a new address. Where and how do I go about changing my lifetime permit so it reflects my new address...wanna make sure to be compliant!

I'm in Marion county roughly around 40th and Meridian if this makes any difference.

It isn't difficult to do. You can print off the form HERE and either fax or mail it back to ISP. You are not required to get a new piece of pink paper that reflects the address change, but if you'd like to, mail $20 with your form and check the appropriate boxes. Instructions are at the top of the form.

My name or address has changed. Do I have to pay for a duplicate license?


No. Complete the “Duplicate Handgun License Request and Notification of Name or
Address Change Form” and mail or fax the form to the firearms section. Check that you
are notifying the section of your information change only. The change will be made in
the firearms database and there is no fee for this service. If you want a license issued
with the changes on it, then yes, the $20 fee for the duplicate license does apply.

As a regular user of the forum I noticed that the general FAQ's are not listed under the FAQ tab at the top of the page, and I can get confused as to where these are listed.
