Hamilton county fish and game comes to mind, it allows rifles and has a rifle berm that goes out to about 150 yards. It is a private club but they are not so close to membership totals that getting in is a problem. www.hcfg.org
Atlanta cc is great also. I'm not as familiar with it but I've been there for 3 different functions. I've heard they are building a rifle berm but didn't see one yet. It is awesome if you are mostly a pistol guy. Public range proximity is going to leave you with Wilbur Wright out east.

I'm still hoping to see the one open at 146th and US421. That would be just a handful of minutes away. And Castletucky is only an additional 30 minutes drive. No big deal.

I was a member at Hamilton Co. fish and game and it was a nice place. Pretty private and peaceful thru the week. Another one that is kinda close is Fall Creek Valley Conservation Club in Markleville just outside of Pendleton.
