I've yet to find a multi-tool with scissors that really work well. Victorinox SAKs scissors work, but they're ultra light duty. But at least they work.

I love my Gerber Urban Legend. Replaceable carbide cutters and replaceable saw blade. And the scissors work awesome.

I have a Leatherman Fuse and Crunch. The needlenose pliers are nice on the fuse, but the the Crunch has vice grips instead which are much more handy to me as a farmer for holding bolts and such. I wish I could take the scissors and straight blade knife from my fuse and put them on the Crunch though.

I love the gerber. Single hand open for the pliers. the accessories lock into place when opened. They have several different models. Gerber Multi Plier 600 I lost mine, but have been wanting to get another. They also make models for IT cableing.
