How could that happen? They have studies. STUDIES! They have common sense gun laws that are common sense! I don't understand. There's only one thing that might thwart common sense. Did they not sprinkle the parchment with holy water before printing the law on it? I've heard skipping that step can render even a common sense law useless in some circumstances.
