Yep. I've got tickets and can take Paypal for payment, but it will then include paypal fees and the price of a stamp to mail you your stub.

I'm not going to post a scan of the front of the ticket, but here's the details:
Must be 18 years to purchase a ticket (last year, no one under the age of 18 was permitted inside).
If a gun is substituted, the value will be equal or greater.
You must present your ticket to enter the event or receive food.
You need not be present to win (winners notified by mail).
All local, state, and federal laws will be adhered
Winners will pay the sales tax on their items.
All firearms will be issued from Gander Mountain.
Proceeds to benefit Murat Shrine and are not tax deductible.

In the past, firearms were not allowed in the building during the event. This was because of the free booze, and they wanted it more like a casino. There are also lots of side raffles by the Murat clubs and units, and a 50/50 drawing.

How to get tickets from me: Send me a PM here with your paypal email and number of tickets you want. I will send a request for the money, and once paid I'll mail your stubs and numbers. The law is pretty clear. I'm paying cash for your ticket. You're reimbursing me via PayPal. Your price will be $20 per ticket, plus $0.44 for a stamp. A stamp will cover up to 5 tickets. You buy 6, it will be two stamps. Once that cost is determined, we'll add the PayPal fees for your total. $0.30 + 2.9% of the total. I want to make this perfectly clear. I'm not making a penny on any ticket sales. I'm providing envelopes free, but that's all. (PayPal fees)

    Example, 4 tickets. $80 (tickets), $0.44 (stamp). $80.44 + $0.30 + $2.34 = $83.08.

Lost tickets. I keep a record of the user ID, email, and ticket numbers issued. If you lose all your stubs and want into the event, I'll work with the committee to see what we can come up with, but no promises.

Thanks to thegeeK I received my tickets today. One of the smoothest transactions ever! I tried to leave positive feedback but for whatever reason it wouldn't accept the url for this this thread?? Dunno what's up with that, maybe user ID10T error or perhaps there's something that can be improved.

Kim, I sold you a ticket at the Yeager meet and greet. You won the Marlin 336 30-30! Congrats!!!
    Wait! What? Seriously!!!

sounded like a good cause (I'd heard of the shriners before obviously but not the event, and I vaguely thought about going, though I admit I totally forgot about the event and drawing.... )

    Hmmm.... a 30-30 huh.

They will email them to the membership on Monday or Tuesday. I'll post them here when I get them.

Best of luck to everyone. I couldn't make it yesterday. Wish they had posted the winner numbers on their site. I hope the year that WWII ended is also a winner!
