Muzzle Loader gunsmith

Hello,
I am in need of a gunsmith to install front and rear sights on a CVA .50cal Mountain Rifle. I will also need the barrel either blued or preferably, browned. Any info that can be provided to help me locate a reputable 'smith' would be appreciated .

I have gone to Duane Butts at the Outpost in Brazil. The only downside is that they are not open on weekends.
