Anyone ever deal with MWG?

MWG: AR-15 Magazines & Accessories, Ruger 10/22 Magazines & Mini 14 Magazines

I placed an order on the 20th. I received an email confirmation of my order and they charged my credit card. I haven't been able to reach them via phone or email to check the order's status since.

Maybe it's just a combination of the holidays and large volume of sales. I hope so.

MWG?

Was looking to order some items from MWG myself and had a few questions for them about shipping, whether or not the items are in stock and so on. Tried calling and emailing to no response or answer, just curious as if you received your products and in what kind of time frame..

i wont ever use them again. ordered mags from them at the beginning of Feb. I have called and emailed several times. I have not heard anything from them. Nor have I received my mags.

But wait, What HAVE I received?????

I received an email to review the product that I ordered.

Needless to say I have reviewed the product, but not in any positive manner.

There is no excuse for poor customer service. I will never use them again.
