My $70 budget Saiga rifle conversion

I was thinking about getting a 5.45 when they're readily available again and having a build party. People could come over and use my tools (blast cabinet, welder, grinders, buffers, threading dies, etc.) and bring their own tools and knowledge to share. Would there be any interest for this?

I'd be interested, but I wouldn't have much to contribute besides being willing to do some grunt work. Just got a Saiga 5.56 that I'd like to convert.
