Understand that in NY State you can only have 7 rounds in a firearm. And in NYC where this occurred, firearms are illegal. Law abiding citizens (like the victim in this story) are screwed.
Perfect example for 'NEED' of a firearm, and 'NEED' for more than 7 rounds. Anti gunners do like that word... NEED.
