My Henckels bread knife cost more than that............then again mine is bigger.

However, I do see the value of having a folding bread knife ready to go for those times when a straight edge just won't cut it.

I was at Brad's table within 2 minutes of opening this morning and I barely got in on the deal! And what a deal it is. This is going to be my new EDC.

Man, you guys wasted no time getting to my tables today. I was hanging out near Bobcat Steel & Tyler's area when they opened the doors to the public. It couldn't have been 2 minutes and I started hearing people yelling my name...so I hurried back to my tables to find at least 6 people lined up for the INGO Special! 16 knives gone in two days and 5 knives left for the first 5 people that get to my tables on Sunday. I have to admit I was surprised by the number of requests for this knife....I now know what Fenway meant when he said..."Don't under estimate INGO, those knives will be gone fast" :ingo:

I'd love some details...what make is it? What is the alloy? Where is it made?

    Thanks

Your steak looks a little...ummm....charco-broiled....I like mine out of buffalo ribeye and medium rare.
