My new XD 45

Well today I picked up my new XD 45. It is the 4" service in all black. I have not had the opportunity to put any rounds through it but I plan on doing that Thursday afternoon. As of right now I love the feel of the gun and the weight is better than the double stack 1911 that I had. I also picked up a Blackhawk Serpa holster for it. The slide release button is a little stiff but I expected that after reading a lot of reviews on it. I'll be sending the info in soon for the extra mags and mag holster. After I put some rounds through it I'll let you know how well I shot it.

Did you consider a 4.5" XDm? I can't make my mind up if I want the 5" Tactical XD or 4.5" XDm.
