Here it is Ingredients:
4 or 5grey or 2 or 3 big reds whole with head removed
Red skin potatoes
Carrots
half an onion
Celery
Salt 2tbs
Coarse ground Pepper 3tbs
Dried sage 4 tbs
Garlic powder 1tbs
Beef bullion cubes x 2
Enough water to cover your squirrel by an inch
A little bacon grease
2 cans creme of mushroom
Directions:
Put squirrel diced onion and bullion in a crockpot and cook until the squirrel falls off the bone
Remove squirrels debone and set meat off to the side (remove any shot from the crock and meat at this point)
Cut potatoes ancd celery carrots into the sizeyou want and cook in bullion I leave my celery out until the potatoes are about done.
Strain veggies out of bullion (catch the broth and can it thats what I do)
At this point brown your squirrel in bacon grease and put it back in the crock pot with your veggies put salt garlic sage and pepper in and both cans of creme of mushroom and one can of water and stir until you get an even consistancy.
Turn the crock pot back on and start warming the french bread up! After 25min or so in my crockpot its G2G ad salt if you need
