Have your UT/FL permit? Like German food?

    Schmidt's Sausage Haus und Restaurant

Columbus, Ohio. You can stick to state highways for a more scenic ride, or blast down I-70.

They usually have a German buffet going. About everything is awesome. There are a couple of little shops in German Village for your wife to browse, and a nice little candy shop across the street. My wife and I make a few pilgrimages every year (used to have family out that way).

    You want some fantastic BBQ?

Drive the 210 miles to Owensboro, KY and either eat at Dante's or at the Moonlight Inn. FYI, the Moonlight is an ALL YOU CAN EAT BBQ BUFFET. Pork, beef, chicken, & mutton. AND there's a dessert buffet, too.

Well, I'm not getting tomorrow off afterall. I'm on day 11 straight and have to work Saturday and Sunday as well. Probably have to work 6 days next week. Working 10+ hour days on top ofthat is making me feel old quick.

If you ever want to know how valuable you are, ask for a day off.
