I got a name change back in October.
Ive done the online form in November but I've still not heard back from the ISP. how long do it take to get a issued a new CCL?

I believe you have to pay an extra $10 dollars to get mailed a new card with your information on it.

^ This is right (although it ight be $20).
This means that they have your newer information on file (assuming it was processed), but don't send you a new card unless you specifically request it and pay for it. In other words, updating your info is free. It seems like this is most common with changing addresses.

I would CALL them to see if they have your right information on file. Then, go online and request a new card and pay $ for it. Especially if it's a change in the name, it's worth getting that printed correctly on the card
