I know that over the last several months, we have taken a beating in the media. But to sum it all up, most all of us do it to help people in need. Few see the side of officers that I do. The ones who find battered women and men places to stay over night. Officers who dig into their pocket to place some food on the table of people in need. Officers who help drag broken bodies out of wrecks and cry about it later in private. To all of my brothers and sisters out there, stay safe. Serving since August 06, 1975.

For those who placed the blue lights as their picture, thanks.

Haven't seen you in a while.

    I have been around.

We cannot have a lawless society, and I do support our rights to be armed. There is too much violence within our own communities. Every night I work, I hear verified "shots fired" runs. Everyone, please be safe.

Keep up the good fight! I gave up the stupid several years back for a bigger paycheck! I wanted to get back into it in a reserve, capacity, yet I have found that side to be even more political than the full time side!
