the powerline network extenders are great. They wont cross phases typically, but it could work for you. Ive got one you can borrow to try if you like. They even have them with a wired port to plug into your router on one side, and a wireless access point on the other. (or wired on both sides so you can add your own WAP on the far side, plug in something wired, etc)

I have Viasat for internet which means the Amish can pass information across state lines faster than I can (cheaper too I’m sure). I have power to the barn so getting power to the cameras isn’t an issue, running more wore to the barn is not something I really want to explore.

I was hoping there may be a system which runs independently and wirelessly.
    Yeah blink does that.
The cameras take 2 AA lithium batteries. Built in IR and they are CLEAR at night. You can adjust the quality of the image uou wish to record and also how much IR light the output is. Also set up zones to ignore activating the motion detection. Like an example, I have a flag on my porch, so ive cut out a corner of the motion so when the wind blows the flag my camera doesnt unnecessarily record all the time.

Yes it does need wifi to worelessly connect to and the seperate tiny box needs to plug into an outlet in your house. Easy peasy.
I really think even with your internet that it would run a couple of these.
You could always buy a couple off amazon (or borrow mine) and try it and if it doesnt work return them

I now have two of these cameras running.
    They are great "wired" cameras.
Major draw back, very poor playback feature.
Very hard to describe the problem in the program.
Another problem is the night viewing.
The lens always has water spots.
    The cloud the view.
I had to disassemble the cameras to clean inside.
Did not totally clear the problem.
    Still see water spots.
    Beautiful day light viewing.
Need to have the 12v 1a power only 6 feet away.
If not you will have great day view but NO night view.
I was able to extend my powering wire length by supplying 16v at 1 amp.
The power cable I used drops to much voltage "60 ft".
When the night IR LEDs go on.
    Power drop.
I love how I can pan 270+ and tilt 90 and have a 4x zoom.
I used a HUB to view both cameras.
I bounce back and forth view window for camera movement.
I just turned on the cameras.
I can make out good detail in B/W.
