JMO, but I would change #13 to Salt, Pepper, Sugar and Flour.

'Spices' is a really broad category of dozens of different items and unless you have some particular spice you really can't live without I wouldn't be stockpiling them; they tend to get bland in storage and are also usually used in reasonably small quantities. But Salt, Pepper, Sugar & Flour are pretty much staple items that can/will be used daily.

Don't forget coffee filters. Or you can get one of those "gold" filters that eliminates the need for paper filters but I find they don't do quite as good a job.

    First aid supplies?

Thanks for the suggestions.Aluminum Foil has also been added.Remember this is not a shtf list, just a list to hedge against inflation.

25 gallons of gas in 5 gas cans and stabil or PRG.
Good point. But when to use it? When it hits 5 dollars a gallon or 10 lol?
I suppose we could just keep it in rotation.I added propane.Better to fill up tanks now,and keep them as full as possible than to try and do it during the spike.
