I'm a young vet trying to start up my garage shop, and I need a mill! Focus would be on one-off or very low production in wax, aluminum, and some carbon steel.
Looking for a smaller machine, tabletop or a little bigger. Minimum would be X2-sized, bigger would be better. Don't think I can swing a full-sized Bridgeport, unless the price is right...
110/220V works, but no higher or 3-phase, please. Used (not abused) is fine provided everything works, and tooling included is a huge plus!
Current budget is $500 cash-in-hand, and I have a number of firearms, mags, accessories if any partial trades are interested. I'm not going to try to pull off BP rifles or singleshot shotguns for trade...
There's a lot of machines sitting unused in a lot of garages out there, hobby machines you've outgrown or Grandpap's garage that needs cleared out. Let me know what you're looking to get rid of!
