need help entering INGO

Yesterday Firefox blocked me from entering INGO. I had to click about 6 exceptions. Then I was allowed to enter INGO.
Today again Firefox made me do the exceptions again.
I attempted to enter via Google. I was already signed into INGO. then when I attempted to add information to my similar complaint poet. the post only gave me this option "close thread".
I attempted to enter INGO through Internet Explorer. It also allowed me to enter INGO. it also only gave me the option to "close thread".

I attempted to view other posts. the only option I get is "close thread"

This is a new problem. After I "enter a reply to thread" I keep getting "Quick Reply" box at the bottom. here I just added a quick reply.

Do you have an ad blocker or pop up blocker?

And, I am using Firefox and will click on post quick reply....
