Ok i was going to order the Tapco stubby vertical grip but i really dont like how cheap it looks. I've been having a hard time finding others that will meet my criteria. It needs to be a short vertical grip, not standard size. I want it to fit tight with no wobble in it. Also if it will fold up that would be a bonus but doesn't have to. Help me out guys...

I just use the magpul RVG.

For 15 bux, its hard to beat.

yes i do like that one. the only thing that i dont like is that theres no cap on the the bottom of it. Its just open and you cant put anything in it.

EDIT: I've decided to go with it because it will match my hogue grip well.

Before i order it, where did you find it for $15? I'm seeing $23

I put a Brownell's on my AK. The cost was $40, but it has held up well through roughly 240 rounds. Instead of it being held on my a screw. You tighten the bottom and there is a rod in the center that engages, and holds it onto your picitiny rail. I'll see if I can find the package, and let you know what model it is. I can not seem to find it on Brownell's website.

I too would recommend the Magpul RVG.

Keep in mind that folding VFGs are rarely solid, as they are designed with a fold in the middle. And frankly, I don't see the point in one.

I've also seen guys that cut down their RVGs to make it into more of a handstop.
