Need Help Identifying and Value of Colt M16 Upper

I acquired a 20" Colt M16 Upper and I'm trying to identify what I have exactly and the value? It has the full auto bcg and charging handle along with original buttstock with buffer and spring. If anyone could help me identify and put a value on it, I'd greatly appreciate it.
