Need help picking my son's next birthday knife

Since the day of my son's birth, I have been buying a knife for him every year. The intention is to get his initials and each year engraved on the scales. This is something that I do not intend to show him until his 18th birthday.

That being said, the following are the knifes I already have:
Birth Year: Sypderco C138P
1st Birthday: Syderco C75P3
2nd Birthday: C28P
3rd Birthday ?

As I go, I am getting progressively nicer.

There are two restirctions:

1. Has to be a Spyderco
2. Has to have stainless scales.
