Need recomendation for custom shop work

I have a Smith Performance center 627 revolver I am wanting some work done on. I am looking for a good revolver smith here in Indiana to do some custom work. Want the trigger smoothed out, If possible the MIM trigger and hammer (all MIM parts) replaced, the lock (Hillary hole) done away with (plugged), and maybe some after market sights installed. Does anyone know of or had experience with any smiths here in Indiana? If not Indiana who would you folks suggest??
