Need to replace heat pump in Terre Haute rental property. Anyone got a hook up?

A rental property of mine list the compressor this week and the property manager has gotten a couple quotes for replacement units. House was built in 1992, 1300sqft, 3 bedroom. Located in the Terre Haute mall area. Anyone got a hook up for replacing the heat pump? Apparently the compressor is shot, but I can't verify that. I'm not averse to putting a new higher efficiency one in if I can apply for a rebate, but I'm looking for an HVAC INGOer in the Terre Haute area that can look it over, get me a quote and get the work done quickly.
