It's a lot for a potential outcome that may be less than the envisioned in the end. Given what else need be done in the day to day goings on I'm thinking it best to try to part it out and just get something entirely different. There are just too many irons in the fire and this is an area of specialization I cannot entertain nor gain expertise at in a short time period at the moment. Thanks for the insight everyone.

This is most likely your best choice. We used to re-build wrecks at the rate of 2 a month for resale. With the advent of unitized body's it became just to difficult and time consuming to do a car and make anything from the effort. We were all very competent but with out the rack and alignment tools it was just to much.
Your car is old enough that any return except gas mileage makes your project a moot point with the lack of tools and certain required skill sets.
