needing Suggestions for a long range AR-10 scope

i ordered a 5.5-22x56 nigthforce today

need some help here, i have a POF ar-10 with the 20" barrel and just ordered a NF 5.5-22x56 but don't know what height rings i need to get since the gun allows me to remove the portion of the rail in front of the big bell. what did you guys have to go with when mounting yours ?

I plan on getting the NF X-TREME DUTY - ULTRALITE UNIMOUNT , so i need to know if i can squeeze it on with a 1.375 inch clearance or if i would have to go with the taller 1.5 inch.
