I have had to deal with tremor most my life.
I now take primidone regularly and occasionally proprananol when I need fine control (like soldering).
Because I keep the meds to a minimum, I still have a small tremor.
Heavy guns reduce the effect somewhat. Not enough energy in the tremor.
Rifles even better.
Lorazepam can work real well.
Along with more serious side effects.
I suffered extreme tiredness.
Lorazepam is highly regulated, so the prescription is for a shorter time, and you can only get a 30 day supply at a time.
During a drill as Reactor Operator (Submarine), this was the line I used when ChEng (Chief Engineer) asked to see how bad my tremor was.
