I'm not sure I see the reason behind a tactical .22?!? Maybe someone can enlighten me on that one.

I don't even remember if it was a movie. It's an old saying.

I'm not against 22lr rifles in any way shape or form, it's just that one looks ugly to me.

    You ain't got no alibi.

That is from Will Ferrell and the chick on Saturday Night Live doing the cheerleading stuff.

I heard it way before then...Goldie Hawn as a high school football coach...I wanna say "Wildcats"?

As for the tacticool 10/22...I've seen plenty of people pimp their .22's, so I can understand they are filling a niche market...but at over $600, fuggedaboudit! I'd rather spend $200 on my .22 and pimp it out over time, making it more of a project and not dumping all that cash at once.

My kid loves the look...but really 625.00 for a "tactical" .22??? I bought an MP-5 conversion kit for my 10-22 a few years back from a gun on gunbroker. He was a slug. The "stock" he sold me was an airsoft gun he had converted to house the 10-22 like a bull pup. It is a fun to shoot toy. but I am in it for $300 not twice that.
