New addition - Ruger SR9c

Just sharing a picture of some dirty guns. Brand new Ruger SR9c and the old pinned and recessed 6" 57 my dad gave me as my first handgun.

I just put the first 100 rounds through the Ruger yesterday at ITP. Not one hiccup. 50 Federal 115gr, 50 WWB 115gr. Before I went, I broke it down, cleaned it up, and gave her a light oiling, striker mechanism and all.

Now to get back to cleaning them up.

Very nice. I've found my SR9C to be very smooth and accurate.

I hung a Laserlyte V3 sight under mine. Still fits in the Cordura holster. Always fun to shoot.

I can understand that for sure. It's one hell of a handgun in regard to build quality and ergonomics.

Every time I see one with a black slide it makes me wish I would have waited to find one instead of just buying the stainless. Awesome pistols tho!

SR9c is a great carry pistol, one of the best values out there.

Fantastic trigger on these guns. Wish I was a little more adaptive to the grip. Nothing a Hogue couldn't fix I'm sure.
