New Aero Precision M5 16" .308 Rifle. Painstakingly assembled from some of the best parts. Suppressor ready. Light and compact (8.6 lbs, as pictured). This is top notch rifle. I purchased a very expensive 7.62 rifle this weekend. My bride only agreed, with the understanding, that I would sell this rifle and some other items. This rifle was assembled over four months. Each part was scrutinized in detail. Changes were made to make it better than a factory Aero Precision rifle. Below are pics with explainations of each area of the rifle.
Included is one Magpul 10 round magazine.
Factory matched Gen 2 Aero Precision FDE M5 Receiver Set. They fit together nicely.
Ballistic Advantage Premium Series Barrel. Sub MOA guarantee.
Rubber City Armory BCG with forward assist serrations and BCM Mod 4 Charge Handle. ALG ACT Trigger, MOE+ Grip.
Daniel Defense 7.62 Lite Rail (no longer manufactured).
Proper length takedown and pivot pins. Battle Arms Develpment Mag Release Button. AR10 (longer threaded shaft) Mag Catch.
VLTOR A5 Seven Position Buffer Tube (this allows the Magpul STR Stock to close completely with no gap). The VLTOR A5 Buffer Tube also allows standard buffers instead of expensive .308 short buffers used with shorter buffer tubes.
Impact Weapons Components QD Plate.
H3 Buffer
Magpul STR Stock w/ a location hole drilled to reveal the stock position number engraved on the VLTOR buffer tube.
The factory upper receiver does not match up with M4 feed ramps. So, continuation ramps were patiently and professionally installed and polished to match perfectly.
Syrac Gen 2 Adjustable Gas Block. The barrel was dimpled and the gas block pinned in place.
Noveske 5/8x24 thread protector. It's ready to be removed and replaced with your suppressor mount of choice.
Please feel free to ask any questions. I've priced the rifle well below the price of the sum of the parts, in hopes that I can sell it and put some money towards my new purchase. So, in some small way you would be helping prevent domestic upheaval.
