so the lower is decided. all parts bought and 42769vette and i are assembling it this weekend. so now to the upper.

where to start??????

ok i want a 16 inch, flat top, with quad rails and front and rear flip down sights to one day pop a red dot on.

everywhere i look (classifieds here or on gunbroker) dont really cut it. i really dont feel like blowing 1000 on just the upper either. any suggestions? i just want to buy one so i dont have to build an upper myself.
