New Bar in NWI

This has had me excited since I first heard, Passtimes was great. I don't know about any relation to one at Purdue, but I was told by several people I understand to be in the know that it is owned by the people who own Pestos in Valpo if you're familiar with that. Stacks is supposed to have a larger kitchen/menu in addition to keeping the Hall of Froth.

It's in the basement of a legal office or something.

As pass times was a place my ex used to frequent, I think I'll stay away.
Of course maybe pass times went out of business because she got pregnant (she was a bit of a drinker).
