I came home from a long day of work to find that my Surefire LX2 arrived! 
I spent about 30 seconds reading the instructions that came with it, and then spent the next five minutes shining the flashlight at various things in my house; the fireplace, the bathroom wall, the bathroom mirror (wow, it really can blind you for a while
). After sunset I tried it out in the back yard, and I am very impressed with this light. It beats out any flashlight that I own, let alone the ones small enough to carry on a daily basis.
Looks like the Mindset Lab Flashlight Combatives class will be on my list of upcoming training opportunities.
