Hello everyone! I've been Living in Hamilton Co. most of my life and love to shoot. I have posted some pics I found on the net of hardware I currently own. Nothing too fancy but good shooters none the less. I am very interested in building my own 1911 and I'm just not sure where to start. I have a limited budget and plan on taking a year to purchase and build it. Any suggestions on what and where to buy would be greatly appreciated. I would say my budget would probably be @ $1200 and I know they can be bought for a lot less but I just want to really experience this and know the weapon inside and out.
