Huh... Looks like they are using the Homeland Security "CodeSpear" program. Is this the same thing that New York was moving to? I can't find the thread on it now....

Of course, if you read the text message about a traffic tie-up while you are sitting in traffic, you would now be breaking the law! (yeah, I know, after 7/1/11 - so for the Brickyard 400).
