The new guy is working hard to clear out the mess in the classifieds. It was a mess because so many are not doing it correctly.
-Do not post the ad if the pic will not load. Let us know. We are glad to help. I/we would as soon help as to hand out infractions.
-Price. Yup. If you are selling it we need to know how much.
-Basic location. If you are in Evansville then I/we in Indy would like to know this. Just an example and not a knock on that fair city.
-Brief description of the item is always appreciated.
-Close the ad when the item is no longer in play. Please do not bump the ad to do so.
-24 hr bump cycle. And folks, do not converse in the ad string. Questions as to the item are OK.

Pretty simple. If you are lazy or not attentive you will get notice from the new sheriff. Get to many of these and privileges will be limited or eliminated.
