I'm brookville Indiana area. Did hunt with a guy once who had thermal. It is amazing, but expensive lol. Appreciate the offer. Was just looking for something to do after deer season but I've become hooked on night time predator hunting!I had night vision for scanning, and it wasn't very good. I would recommend thermal. Depending on where you live (the US covers a large area), I'd be happy to let you get behind my thermal so you can see the difference.
https://www.amazon.com/XILETU-Carbo...47&sr=8-1&keywords=xiletu+carbon+fiber+tripod. This is the one I use with a hog saddle. Very happy with itI got to use my new scanner tonight and got a coyote. It worked exactly like I was hoping. All I need now is my new tripod.
Regular old 223 lol. Ammo is cheaphttps://www.nightgoggles.com/shop/n...9923103.7399840354919433593750&v=7516fd43adaa
I've got this one coming with an M-lok attachment. I like my Shockey trigger stick tripod because it's light and easy to adjust, but it's not very good with a scanner in one hand and a rifle in the other.
What caliber are you using?
