Expect the lawsuits to begin anytime.

It won't make a snowball in Hell's difference in its repeal, and quite possibly, some judge stating that the law didn't go far enough in regulating.

All of this is driven by Cuomo and his presidential aspirations for 2016. There's a bigger story here. He's decided to try and ride the gun control wave to the White House. Mark my words: it'll be a dogfight between him and H. Clinton during the Dem primaries.

(sorry for the rant... Poli Sci degree here...)

Lol sell the mags out of state.....if they thought mags were so evil they would have them destroyed rather than pass the buck to another state and "put more children at risk"

Seems screwy to make a new limit on round count below 10 rounds since they already exist places. I guess someone will start to manufacture "7 round mags" but seems stupid. :dunno:

    I'll never understand these politicians.

There are already 5 round magazines manufactured. The intent by the Albany Hucksters, was to limit magazine capacity to that, knowing that few would manufacture 7 round magazines.

You're right about King Andrew and his desire to ride into Washington on a white gelding.

But Hillary's a bit long in the tooth. Having fallen on her sword for Barry won't garner her an engagement in the Presidential Palace.

Sort of we won't sanction Iran for producing enriched uranium if they export all product within a year.

Or filthy steel mill, if they export all pollution to another jurisdiction.

    Classic.

And of course this law applies to the people who guard the Governor?

If there's one thing I hate worse than a tyrant it's a hypocrite tyrant. :patriot:
