hi guys i am new to the site and basically to guns in general but i am working on geting my license to carry but not sure where to go because my address is kinda messed up my kids go to brownsburg but my zip is 46234 which is indianapolis so i dont know where to go to file and i am looking for a good starter hand gun and a place to shoot

If you're in Bburg City Limits, you go there. If you're in the County (Hendricks), you go there. It all depends on which side of the County Line your family is on. You may have to go to Marion County, from the looks of your Zip. I don't whether the Clermont LEO does CC's, in case you're in the Clermont limits.
