Newer member need some help

I am a newer member and have no clue how to add a profile picture or quote for my own profile. I'd like to be more than a profile name and ? picture. Thanks guys

Click UserCP at the top of the page. Along the left side of the page you will see a bunch of different options. Click on "Edit Signature"
