I'm not sure that Dr. Tyson acknowledges the existence of unknown unknowns.

Not knowing something doesn't make it unscientific. However, assuming that we know everything and attempting to state absolute truth on that basis is, most certainly, unscientific.

Dr Tyson should stick to chickens.
