    Personally, I don't trust Righthaven to not to go back on their own words. I haven't seen any evidence, (yet) that shows that this decision has caused them to drop any of their other cases. When the withdraw all of those, then it might just be safe.

    The Fair Use standard was always 80/20 with attribution. Righthaven changed all that by exploiting a loophole in the DMCA. If the courts smack them down enough, it will set additional precedence for the 80/20 rule and it will be unlikely that other law firms will attempt what Righthaven has. I think at that point, INGO would probably relax the posting rule and go back to the Fair Use method.
