I bought a can from SS and don't think I would again. They sent it to a dealer that was right at 99 miles from my house. The dealer was fine and everything went okay but they did not attempt to get it closer. My fault, I guess, for not having them send it to my guy here in town.

    Was yours sent closer/better experience?

SS gave me a choice of 3 local FFL's and a 4th link to request another FFL. Maybe they changed their website since you ordered.

My paper trust was mailed 3/17. I have months to go still. :(

I had a very good experience with Silencer Shop. I wound up buying the Ti-Rant ,a Specwar 5.56, and went with their trust option. I don't think it could have been any easier. I did have a dealer in my home town handle the transfer.

The problem is they have to already be contracted with the dealers to do their paperwork for them. They will give you a list of people they have contracted nearby, or you can have it transfered to your dealer who is not contracted and do the paperwork through then and pay them their transfer fee.
