I sent my efile form 1 on 2/27/14, and have yet to hear anything, seems like a lot of people are getting theirs back.. Is that normal

I had mine in 2 weeks before you, and I just got mine yesterday. So I'd say your close, but not out of the norm.

Did you last couple of guys paper file or efile? I paper filed some form4's with a trust back in December and I still haven't heard anything. I also efiled a form1 for an SBR on 3/28 and it's still showing submitted/in progress. I did it a couple of days before the ATF pulled down the site for awhile. Do you think it is even valid at this point? Should I be calling on this stuff?

I paper filed. I just made sure I had no mistakes before it was sent in. I was honestly surprised to have it returned this fast as some are taking 9-12 months to have their paper file returned.

I received the approved paperwork and tax stamp today for the Silencerco Sparrow suppressor that I bought the second week of January 2014. That means it took right at 7 months for my non e-filed paperwork to be approved. I guess that is better than the 1 year wait that I was told it may take, but it certainly could be improved upon.

Now to go try this thing out!

** I was told by the branch office that trusts are running about 6-9 months...THIS IS OBVIOUSLY NOT THE CASE...LOOKS LIKE MINE WOULD OF BEEN APPROVED ON SEP. 23, 2014...looking at 4 months and a week (17 weeks from pending date for approval/in front of examiners eye balls.) This is what I have been told is the avg time.
**I was also told that the correction would take up to December!!! WTF! I doubt it! I was told locally that it takes no more than 8-21 days give or take.
***It was 15 days exactly upon submitting my corrections on a Form 4-Paper-Trust to get my approval.
