    That's fast...I've still got a 1/4 eForm 1 pending.

Also still waiting on the stamp to arrive for a Form 4 that was approved 3/14...

I submitted my first on the 24th of this month. This thread is going to make the wait that much harder, I'll always be in here trying to figure out when mine is coming. I told myself to forget it when I submitted it,...........yeah right!

If you really want to drive yourself nuts create an account at NFATracker.com ATF Form 1 and Form 4 Tracking website and put your info in. Then click on the Wait Time Predict at the top. You can also click on Trend Graph. Lots of mental fun there!

Stamp came today...I swear, waiting 2 weeks after approval for the stamp to arrive is worse than the 4 months to get the thing approved in the first place.

Still waiting on that 4 Jan 16 eForm 1...

I did get an attachment in the email. It looks like a halfway filled out application, signed approved. I guess I may have misinterpreted what "stamps" meant.

So now I just need to have the lower engraved right?

Technically, your lower should be engraved before you get the stamp, as the lower is an SBR as soon as you get the stamp. My $0.02, see Wendel at Indy Laser Engraving.

    .
The Form 1 stamp gives you permission to create the item. You do not have to actually create it just because you have the stamp. However it cannot be assembled until it has been engraved. On a side note you can have anything engraved that you want. Putting your info onto a lower, tube or shotgun doesn't make it an NFA item. Only when it is assembled or created as an NFA item is it as such. For instance if you have a lower that is engraved with your info and you are waiting on your stamp you can put a stock and full length upper on it without violating any laws. Only if you put a pistol upper on it with the stock without the stamp are you in violation.

Got the call yesterday, my Certified Copy came in. 2 months and 3 days after Form 4 approval, 3 weeks after CC requested was faxed.
